Carlos and i met one afternoon in september in the monitronics parking lot. I dont think at that time either of us knew what was in store in the coming months! We would both be in working in the same departments just desks away from each other without ever knowing gods plan for us! We would talk and email back and forth casually throughout september and november, that graduated to texting and finally in me agreeing to our first date! I for sure didnt make it easy for carlos to court me, i said no to practically every offer out of pure nervousness!
December 15 2011 * the official first date*
I finally decided to quit being such a child and we went on our first date! He took me out to dinner and a movie, such a gentleman! I was SO nervous i couldnt even eat anything!! We had been talking, texting, and emailing for 2 months and i still was nervous! We went to see Sherlock Holmes 2 ( which i obviously picked!) at north park and had dinner at applebees! He says i held his hand first and i say he held mine so i guess we will never agree on that one! Of course the date went flawless and i had absolutely no reason to be nervous, it was just the beginning of our whirlwind romance :)
December 17, 2011 * Meeting the guys*
Carlos and I went out this evening with his guy friends for a birthday! It went smoothly because i had already known his best friend for about a year because we worked together as well! We went out for drinks and dinner and then headed to new west for Pun's birthday!! We had so much fun drinking and dancing the night away! Here again we have a slight disagreement on who initiated the first kiss :)
December 18,2011 * My first MAVS game!*
Carlos suprised me with mavs pre-season tickets to see the mavs play the oklahoma thunder! It was SO much fun! I had never been too a mavs game before so it was such an awesome experience with the most AMAZING guy!
December 20, 2011 * Meet the crew!!*
Carlos has an extremely tightnit group of friends that are his support system! These four people mean alot to him and geez was i nervous to meet the crew! Carlos and i met everyone that night at Sports City for drinks and pool! His friends were awesome and super nice and welcomed me into the group!
December 24, 2011 * Meeting the Family!*
After my family christmas eve was over it was time for me to head over and do christmas with carlos's family! Let me tell you i thought i had been nervous before but nothing compared to meeting his ENTIRE family in one night! His family was BEYOND amazing and welcoming and i enjoyed my time with them SO much! We went to see his dads side of the family and then did christmas with his parents and brothers!
December 25,2011 * its official!*
I woke up christmas morning to a very special request! Carlos officially asked me to be his girlfriend :) When he came over later that evening we exchanged gifts and then we went to hang out with his friends for them to do their secret santa! We had an amazing memory filled first christmas together!!

Carlos and i moved in together!! I told you it was a whirlwind romance! :)
